Professional development: a growth lever for employers
Combining approaches from the human and social sciences and from engineering sciences, ENTPE develops professional development programs primarily for managers, senior managers and executives, whether or not they are engineers.
The programs reflect employers’ needs and learners’ jobs and are compatible with their professional constraints.
This training is largely organized on a customized basis, on request, in the School, in company or internationally.

ENTPE uses its network of partners to provide the best experts/speakers in a wide range of fields: UdL, CETU, AFTES, AQC, VNF, CMVRH (Ministerial Centre for the Promotion of Human Resources), decentralized departments of the MTES (DDT, DREAL, etc.).
